NO new upgrades or enhancements
A couple of years ago I had a signal problem about 2 miles from my home. I called T-Mobile and they started it a ticket. They found a problem and told me they would install a new tower. They installed a new tower or just fixed a problem they were having. Either way the problem was fixed.
Two weeks ago I called again about the signal problem I have within a 1/2 mile of my house. My phone (3G) and MiFi (4G) only gets EDGE. In the house it isn't a problem because I have WiFi, but when I go to the pool or just for a walk I get EDGE.
Again they told me they start a ticket and that I would get an email in a few days. Never received the email so I call back in about a week and was told there is a problem but they have no plans of upgrades or enhancements at this time. When I asked when the girl got very evasive and when I pushed it she told me they aren't doing anything unless absolutely necessary until the merger is complete.
I told her it was absolutely necessary as far as I was concerned. She apologized and said there wasn't anything she could do.
