Default No data working AT ALL in the Orlando area!!

My data (browsing, apps, etc) has not worked since Monday. It is now Friday and I have been on the phone with tmobile everyday since for hours at a time. No one in the blackberry tech dept has any clue about what's going on or how to trouble shoot. We've gone through checking host routing tables, etc etc, tried resending service books (which I never receive). I am about to pull my hair out. I have full EDGE coverage and the maps show no data outages in my area. What is my next step? I am so frustrated!!

I'd say go to your local corporate store and ask them if they've been having complaints. If they have, then you know it's not just you. Sometimes a smaller outage doesn't make it as far as customer care. This is why your corporate store would know if it were local or not. If it's local, your corporate store can contact the field techs in your area to get the issue resolved.

If the local store was aware of a local outage, wouldn't they already notify support? I'm not sure how a trip down there would help?

If you're seeing data signal but not getting service books, it sounds like a config error. What I would do is back up the BB, wipe it and start clean. If it still won't work, I would have them go through your acct setup, checking all important numbers, BIS or BES, etc.

You could also just call up CS. I've called in when I lose coverage in an area that I normally get coverage. They can easily look in their records for you and see if there's a reported outage in your area. Many people call into CS to report such things so if they are a good place to go to.

I have called CS, reported the outage on monday. Apparently I am the only one with this issue. Everytime I call CS they all try the same thing with the service books and I tell them I didn't receive them and they say ok, we need to look further into this issue and we will call you in an hour. And then the call never comes. Three CS reps did that to me. I don't know what to do next, why am I paying for data if I can't use it for a whole week or more! Booooo

They have to have separate customers call in individually to issue the outage on the map. There has to be several complaints on file.
