Unhappy New to Unlocked BB

Hi, I am fresh and am finding it hard to manipulated an unlocked Blackberry (from att to tmobile).

Please please please help.. in dire straits..

I had the worlds worst phone before (dash) and now i have the 8300 curve unlocked for att, is there anything i need to do, settings to change, things to alter so my BB can function as per i got it from tmobile? i noticed the browser, my BB messenger and the facebook application not working for me..

I need guidance, can someone please point me in the right direction? its a great phone and ive spent some time getting to know it, but im hitting a wall and theres nothing like getting something and it working for a person like me, any help or direction would be truly and greatly appreciated!!

8330 is not an ATT device. Do you mean an 8310? You need to have a carrier data plan from Tmo other than that it should work just fine.

You might have to resend your service books located in options-advanced options-service books-one of the TMO things once your TMO SIM is in there.

just get a TMO data plan, and that should fix that up. You need to be more specific on what your current services are too so we can better help you.

When I went from the worlds worst phone "DASH", tmo didn't automatically change my data from windows data to BB data. Make sure your operating on BB data. Congrats on moving from Dash to BB.
