Hi,
I have a 9700 I got it abot 3 weeks ago today out of nowhere there was a crack on the screen. I don't think its on the actual screen but the hard plastic in front of it. Any suggestions?

If you have insurance on the phone, you can always make a claim.

They may consider it physical damage, depending on if the crack is on the inside or on the outside.

You can take your phone to a retail store and see what they say. If it's physical damage and you do not live in California, you may be up the creek without a paddle on this one.

Yikes.

I'd go and find a nice T-Mobile employee to help you. If you can't find one, try to go find another who will understand. You're not "playing the system", you just need to find someone who will be able to maybe it replaced under warranty. If you didn't abuse it then it shouldn't break and if it does, then it's not your fault.

It broke somehow, and chances are they'll tell you to kick rocks.
