Default My Faves problem
Nearly everyday, or every other day, the My Faves on my 8320 get updated and i get a message on my phone that this has happened. Does anyone know why this would happen so often?

Hmmm it should only says ur myfaves are updated when u update them

I upgraded from a Pearl to the 8900. Gave my wife the Pearl. She has her own favs. Although my favs are working and showing up on my phone, the Pearl still shows my, my favs (the icons) but her phone book off the sim has her favs on it! If that makes sense!

How do I get the Pearl to show her favs? (icons)

I tried updating online but that is useless.

Call Customer Care and ask them to refresh the myfaves client. Once they do that it should synchronize everything properly.

Also your pictures could still be on the phone causing her to have the same my favs. Like if you have a sd card in your phone and you set a ringtone of one of the songs on it then you take the card out the song you set as a ringtone from that card tat is no longeer there is still your ringtone until you change it then it will disapear

Well back to the OP. I don't have an answer for you. I just wanted to let you know you're not the only one with the problem. I'm on an 8320 with 161os. And it just started doing it. If I find out why ill keep you in mind. It happens almost every battery pull

I had all sorts of problems with the MyFaves app for a while. I decided it's not worth my time, so I just wiped it off the phone and haven't looked back. It's just a fancy dialing interface and not required for getting the benefit of unlimited calls to those numbers.
