Multi Replacement

I have been having problems with dropped calls and data disconnecting until I cycle the connections or do a battery pull.
I have gone through three Curve 8320's since November 08. When I got my
3rd Curve I called back in, and asked for the Curve2 8900. I was told that the samsung shadow is a like replacement and I would not be able to getthe Curve2. I am fairly upset with TMO for this issue but do not want to switch carriers do to the price of my plan. I have unlimited everything for about $80 a month. Comparable Verizion plan would probably run around 120.

Just a little rant of my frustration, looking for any other suggestioins on how to get a Berry that works a little better.

There are a couple other threads that have brought up a multiple exchange. Unfortunately, manufacturer's warranty covers same device only except in certain situations. Your situation apparently qualifies, but the Shadow would be the only possible exchange. Keep in mind they're going off of quantifiable features only, so the Shadow is technically similar. The only other offer you could make would be to see about having them get you the 8900 at the 2 year upgrade price with an extension.
