Thinking of switching from AT&T to T-Mobile, living in metro detroit. Live in waterford, work in troy and travel all over the tri-county area, grosse pointe, ann arbor, etc.... Anyone have any comments on T-mobile coverage in metro Detroit?

I have found no problem in the metro Detroit area getting a good (mostly 3g) signal as I travel around the area. I live in the Rochester Hills area and I only have a dropout occaisionally when going down the back roads and hills. Even this is not as bad as it used to be.

TMobile is not as widespread as AT&T, but for the areas you mention, you should have no problems.

Live in Chesterfield, work in Sterling Heights and Troy. Love T-Mo. No drops, solid 3G, great customer service.
