 Manage Internet Email Icon on BB Homescreen
Ok this is a weird one and I have no idea WHY it happened or HOW to fix it!  I have a BB Curve 8320 from Tmobile and a couple days ago I went to click on the 'Manage Internet Email' Icon thingy on my homescreen and I got this: Error - The site cannot be accessed in this manner. Please use the URL or link provided to you by your service provider. <-- This icon has ALWAYS WORKED in the 2+ yrs I've had this phone and I HAVE DONE NOTHING DIFFERENT, NO DOWNLOADING, NOTHING AT ALL for this to be messed up! I tried a battery pull, service books, sim and memory card pull, refresh, hard reset, EVERYTHING to get it back right but nothing fixes it?! After I hard reset it I had to go onto Tmo's site to get my email icons back on phone to have my tmo.blackberry.net address back on my phone.Why won't it let me 'edit' or 'delete' my email addresses from my phone anymore?? Can ANYONE help me?? Has this HAPPENED to ANY of YOU before?? Please help!!! Thanks!!
