Mail In Rebate Help

I just received my new 9780 in the mail yesterday, I ordered it through Customer Service. At the time the Rep told me there would be instructions for sending in the mail in rebate ($50), but there was no paperwork on that subject matter when I received my phone yesterday... I know I need to send in the UPC on my phone box, but I don't have any documentation or instructions about doing so... Is that information online anywhere or should I just call Customer Service again?

Call 611. They'll have all the pertinent info.

Yep it's on 611 and online. Google "tmobile rebates" and go to "tmobilerebates. com" or something. It's official and tmobile runs it. You can d/l the necessary forms in PDF file which tell you what to do and what to mail in to get your rebate card. So easy.

Go to www.tmobilerebates.com and you can print the file from there. We no longer require the barcode panel to be sent in with the rebate, only the form itself and an invoice
