Default Loyal customer has a gripe

been a tmo customer about 6 years now and have perfect credit with them.

I'm not allowed the $49.99 unlimited

Now I know I have a family plan and everything but why an I not allowed to have a seperate unlimited phone for the rate of $49.99.

OK Ok I have heard all the actual reasons from tmo but honestly it is not fair.

I do have a second account tha is also 100percent credit worthy . I have this because I used up all my spaces for my 5 lines and had to start another.

They said since the second account is only a few months old it dosen't qualify. I have no idea why my whole time with them all these years should not be rolled to the second account also since they made my open it up to create new spaces. i could sure use that $49 plan for my daughter in college or even my elderly mother on a fixed retired income whom is also on the plan with us.

I pay everyones bills and on time so they really need to have a heart and help me out. technically I qualify... it's just the computers they say won't let them do it.

NOPE.

TMOBILE loyalty even told me I have perfect credct on their end. they have no idea why i can't be included. They were actually very nice about it but couldn't find an explanation why they couldn't do it

I would call retentions again and again until you get it added. I got the plan from someone at retentions and I've only been with tmo for a year.

That's right the retention do a lot that customer service won't do. Got the family plan as loyalty customer and they tried to tell me I have over 2 thousaand texts for 208.80 for two weeks. Told them if I have verything unlimited bowis this possible. Then found out here on the crack that the 19.99 they were charging for unlimited text should have been 9.99 cause I was a loyal customer. Well low and behold they changed it to 9.99. I want to thank crackberry for all the great advice the give here. Thank you

Did you try logging in to your mytmo to see if it gives it to you there?
That won't work since the offer is computer generated and based on the current account that the OP logs in under.

I would call and asked to be transferred to the loyalty department and go from there.

Keep in mind for the future. Many people think phones have some effect on credit. They do not have ANY tie into credit, UNLESS your account goes to collections for no payment activity. Special promo plans and deals don't have anything to do with credit. Irregular payment history can in fact change one's eligibility for promo plans, but credit never will.

Better yet escalate. Ask for a supervisor, then a manager, then keep going.
