Thumbs down Lines crossed?

When trying to call ONLY my fiance, I end up being transferred to strangers telephone lines. My BB calls out of area numbers or I get messages saying "please put in your pin or press number 5 etc" It happens only when I call him, no one else. Went to T mobile and had a new sim card put in and that didnt help, pulled battery, deleted his phone, none worked. Anyone else have this problem with the lines being crossed?

Sounds like the issue is still with T- Mobile. and needs to be resolved by them.

This exact same thing happened to me this morning! I kept trying to call my work to let them know I was stuck in traffic and I kept getting connected to random phone calls. 1 was a school district, 1 a foreigner and than a couple random phone calls. The strange part is my job was receiving these calls from me (my number kept showing up on the caller id) but they were connected to random people as well (not the ones I was connected to even).

I thought maybe the error was on my jobs side as we use voip, but now it seems like a t-mobile issue. BTW I have a 8320 so its not a 9700 issue.

Where are you located? Just wondering if its a network wide issue or just local? Im in NJ and one of the numbers i got connected to was the plainfield school district and I happen to be by that town when i placed the call.

OH and I made a thread about this in the t-mobile section as well

Yes, I spoke to them and they took my complaint. Apparently, its a "network issue" and it will "be resolved'

On the phone with them now. They are aware of it, have had other complaints and they have already dispatched people to work on it.

Since this is a carrier issue, I'm going to move this to that section to make others aware of the problem also if they experience it.

Please keep us updated
