Default launch DAkota on T-mobile please!!!

I think we need to start a petition to request the Blackberry Dakota to be launced on T-mobile. Remember we got the the T-mo got the 8900 that was nice but i would have loved to have the 9000 Bold from At&t instead. At&t got the Torch and we got ther 9780 that i currently own but even though i dont even care much for the Torch it was have been nice to have for the touch screen lovers. All im saying is t-mobile needs to find a way to sway RIM to launch the DAKOTA or Visa versa. I will switch to At&t to get the phone with 3G UMA working! I work for T-mobile im just a sales rep but i just thought that i should mention.

I would rather see a petition that RIM start releasing all phones on all carriers, and not do any more exclusive carry deals. I'm looking to possibly switch to T-Mobile this summer and would like to have the option to pick any of these leaked phones on any carrier that I decide to end up at.

I saw the band but I heard even if you unlock it only t-mobile branded phone with work with the 3G because it says it operates on 900/1700/2100 BlackBerry Dakota - Full phone specifications

Stop it. Why are you being so childish?

You made a worthless thread before, asking people to start an online petition to get RIM to get this phone on T mobile, and after you tried to defend your actions the community called you out on all of your mistakes.

So you counter that by making the exact same thread? Stop it.

Even if people did join in, what do online petitions do? Do you know why they don't work? There is no sacrifice.

If I was a teacher and I did an online strike but still did my job, its not a strike if I don't give anything up.

if you REALLY want RIM to listen to you, its simple...make t mobile seem profitable.

they have less users than ATT in america and use a different 3g spectrum. So though Tmobile may be great in your area, overall..its weak.

So why would RIM go out of its way to make its flagship phone, on the 3rd biggest network in america?

And since you didn't like my logic in your first post, Ill repost my logic.

You got the 8900 because T mobiles 3G sucks. Thats right, T mobile has lame duck 3G, so RIM decided to make them a great 2G phone. they should of done that 5 years ago. And ATT got the first bold because it actually had a 3G network. Its that simple.

And if you really are a t mobile rep (I dont think you are) that is even worse, that you don't know that ATT DOESN'T have UMA. Only T mobile has that and they only have it to make up for their gaps in coverage.

Huh? AT&T filling in T-Mobile's gaps? Get serious. Try using AT&T in Louisville. Hope you like dropped calls and no coverage. Tmobile on the other hand is rock solid on 3G, and with UMA to boot for when you go anywhere with wireless, which gives you top reception for calling. Neither can compare to Verizon - but between AT&T and T-Mobile it's not close around here. And then when you go to the East or West Coasts, you might as well leave your AT&T phone at home and rent one that works!

Weird, my 3G works great....when I have it, lol!

Honestly EDGE works just as good and TMobile does have spotty coverage, but phone always works...

Had AT&T right after the switch from Cingular and isn't even comparable to TMobile service I have...Used to drop calls left and right...and that was around the time before the iPhones were as big as they are now.

I'll stick with my spotty 3G coverage as long as my phone works...also UMA is god sent as my apartment sucks for signal, no matter what carrier you have...big red is the best round here, but you pay to play...a lot!

I LIKE your idea!!! theres no reason for exclusive carry deals other then greed by both the carries and manufacturers and thats not with just Blackberry
