Default Just Won A Torch/Tmo Cant Activate Unregisted BB's!?

So I won a torch here @ CB a few weeks ago.. After following the steps to push service books etc I couldn't get it to work. I called Tmo and they said they are having problems with unregistered BB's and are "working hard to fix this problem", ugh!!! Anyone else encountering this??

You don't need a folder for the service books. Just restore em from your previous BB backup.

God, congratulations! If you go to a dealer they might be able to see what's wrong... Remember that people at tech support usually say one thing, and then others say another(god knows how many times this has happened to me). If it is an issue they are trying to fix, then just wait a little, I know that Torch is taunting you, but you can use it on wi-fi for now. Again, congratulations, enjoy it mate!
