Default Issues in receiving MMS on Pearl 8100

Did a search but could not find my specific issue....
Simply put I can send MMS messages but cannot receive them. I have a full blackberry plan and an unlocked Pearl 8100 with v 4.5. The phone is unbranded, but did have at&t software on it. While on at&t was able to get MMS's.

I have contacted T-mobile tech support and they had me do a wide range of issues.
1)reinstalled service books.
2)Sent a picture to 222
3)sent a picture to my number
4)had tech support send me a photo.
5)firewall off
6)no wap config in service book.
7)Tmobile played around with my settings on their end.
8)ETC

Finally did a total wipe of my blackberry, once it was wiped it actually worked. Was able to send and receive to/from a different phone, but still could not send a picture to myself. great I thought...Then when I restored my latest back up. Viola could not longer receive messages...

Are there known apps that block MMS messaging? I have eBay, BofA, thats about it.
Do I need to have their APN address under TCP? I though the service book would override that.

Any suggestions would help....

At first blush, and since it was working fine on AT&T, I'd say it has something to do with the device interaction with the T-Mobile network or maybe something went wrong during unlock. I'd say skip the carriar and call RIM directly. They will help you figure it out.
