Default Interview for sales rep position

    Hello nation:

Going in for a sales rep interview tomorrow. I have a strong sales background. Was just wondering if any other crackberry addicts out here have experience working for the company in this position and if you have any tips/advice to offer?
    Thanks!
If i've helped a simple click on 'Thanks' or like will do.
This helps in cases when converting and signing apps.
(Helpful where I mention not tested)

Mention that you take ownership on each task that you encounter, and see it through from start to finish rather than handing it off to someone else.

Mention building rapport in an effort to increase customer base and thus: sales.

Say how skilled you are at qualifying the customer by asking questions but also by LISTENING. "the person that asks the questions controls the conversation"

Make sure you mention that you enjoy taking on extra responsibilities and are thirsty for knowledge.

Mention that you constantly stay abreast of product knowledge so as to be fully informed on current products and services of Tmobile, as well as its competitors.

idk if this is the best advice, but I have yet to go to a sales interview that doesnt result in a job offer.

I've been in sales with another company for a little under a year and if you said those things to my managers they would hire you on the spot.

Congrats. Now, all you have to do to be the model employee is tell people "No, you don't want on of those BlackBerry phones. They are going bankrupt. They are <fill in bone-headed comment here as frequently experienced by BlackBerry shoppers>. Let me show you this iPone or this AndSlab over here, it is what you really want. Trust me, I know what's best for you"

Just kidding - I know there are a some great folks in the carrier stores, it just seems that we hear so many BlackBerry hater stories here, I thought I'd try to help you fit in.

Good luck - and if someone really will benefit more from a non-Berry over our much maligned KB having, red light blinking, little companions - don't hesitate to give them what is best for them today . . . they'll be back for a BB10 soon enough!
