International Blackberry data plan?

Hi Guys,
I am interested in switching to TMO from ATT.

However, I am confused that TMO doesn't seem to have an international BB data plan?

ATT has a plan where you can buy 50MB/month of international data for $50... does TMO have something similar?

TMO has International BB Email for $19.99, but why doesnt TMO offer an international data roaming plan like ATT for non-BBs? I am thinking of getting a Galaxy sII but NOT if there is no roaming data plans. How the **** do they expect customers to use non-BB phones overseas without it. ATT, Sprint, and Verizon all offer a intl roaming plan! WTF!
