Inconsistent Signal Quality Issue
OK here's the problem: My husband and I both have TMO. He has an unlocked Bold and I have an unlocked curve 8310. However, he's ALWAYS complaining that he has no signal! I don't feel like I have problems with signal whatsoever. There's certain places where I know the reception is poor, like the first floor of our house, but it's expected. His phone says SOS all the time in places that mine doesn't. He's constantly showing me how his phone has no signal and I look at mine and I'll have like 2 bars. Also, sometimes we'll be somewhere where both our phones say SOS, but when we leave it takes his phone like 10 minutes to get signal again and it only takes mine like 2 mins. He needs his phone for work so this is a big problem that's causing him to constantly miss calls.
At first I thought it was his phone, but he recently got a new Bold and he has the same problem, if anything it's gotten worse. Any ideas what the issue could be?
