Default I truly was appreciating TMO today

As I was busy 3 hours today trying to straighten out my Chrysler account.......
All I kept thinking was how wonderful TMO was with AMERICAN customer service.

I spent 3 hours and about 50 phonecalls listening to broken English and agents who could not understand English unless it was in the script of answers they are taught.

I swear if TMOBILE ever loses it's American service I will leave and go back to corded phones.

****by the way... Yes I know not everyone working for TMO is American but at least you have a good shot. And when you do get someone outsourced they usually are decently trained to help.

Yep!!!! I truly believe its a sign that they are completely outsourcing. Ever since this call center went out you can't get anyone who is in the US. Extremely frustrating. These people overseas are extremely misinformed and make your head want to explode about after 30 seconds of listening to them. I hope T-Mobile gets its call centers straightened out soon!!!!!

Trust me, I know..

You know what worse is? Beside people who were born in America, they think they have problems with it...but imagine someone who is an immigrant with English as a second (or third, in my case) language, (and none of them is Spanish!) , and still learning English, and when he or she calls a customer service or a store and the person can't speak proper English.

Trust me, it gets even worse. It reminds me back in the day, when I was learning English (15 years ago) and I made a call to government agency (US), and after 10 minutes of trying to understand the person I gave up and just broke out

"Listen, it would be great if at LEAST one of us would speak proper English beause this is becoming chaotic!"

So , it's not only a pain to born Americans, but everyone else from other countries, who isn't from Spanish-language background. They are probably more furious than regular Americans, because they thought learning English will help them communicate.

How often have you called in over the years and what for exactly? I complained quite a bit about the lack of 3G at my house on my main line and eventually I was sent off overseas. But my other lines get a rep that can speak good english in a few minutes.

What I was trying to say in my first post was how CHRYSLER was completely outsourced (India or something I believe but can't tell because I can't understand hardly a word)

I am GLAD that TMOBILE is somewhat American. I almost always get Good ENGLISH and good comprehension whenever I call.

Try calling Chrysler and you will REALLY see what bad outsourcing is all about. TMOBILE will seem like a DREAM WALKING!

I've had T-Mobile for 6 years and up til this past year I've really never had to call. Since Oct 2010 I've called about the horrible 3G coverage here. Today I successfully got through to an American rep and they said the resolution to poor service in my area is 'pending'.

My vote for the most limited English proficient customer service has to be AT&T. I've had to call them a couple of times to fix internet issues in my home. After waiting several minutes (at least), I got a rep who spoke heavily accented English and could not (or would not) go off of the script. It is just extremely frustrating.

OMG YES! i was calling hp the other day, and i could not understand wtf they were saying.

def appreciate tmo on that. it saves so much time getting someone who speaks english and cuts down the frustration expoentially.

also, i was on an im chat on the apple website. does anyone know where they are located? the guy that i was working with could not understand very simple idioms i was saying. like the price "out the door"
