i lost my browser & email set up icon

Help! I have an unlocked bb storm and was using it with tmobile network. I made the stupid mistake of "wipeing out" my phone cus I thought it'd reset to factory settings. When I restarted my phone I noticed the browser and email setting icons were missing. I checked my online task manager tool thing and it states that the services r there however the icons are not. Now don't get me wrong I've been reading posts but the thing is my service books has "no entries" as well as the host routing table. Please let me know how to fix this I'm using a moto cliq blur at the moment and completely hate it! I miss my bb! :'(

When that happened on my pearl, nothing I did personally would work, had to call tmobile BB support. They did some computer magic, and a few battery pulls fixed it. The pearl just lost its data service for no reason, getting lowercase "edge" and "uma"
