I cannot get my Email for some reason

After downloading OS 4.5 I cannot get my email to work, (by the way no problems whatsoever with the 4.5 OS, I really like it) anyways, my email is also asking if the Administer has given me a pass code too. Thank you Berry Berry Much.

Call tmobile and ask to tranfered to bb support if the CB community can't help. But I am sure they will help you with this problem.

I agree. I think your best bet is to just call tmobile. I think that would be quicker than waiting for someone on here.

Maybe you can delete the email and then add it again.
