| | I am so lucky!
So here I am using my BB then all of the sudden the BB makes this weird noise, the screen goes blank and then nothing....a second later comes back on but its just a white screen nothing else I am pretty sure that my BB has died and since I dont want to mess around with it, I called T-mo and explained them the situation, to my surprise they told me that a dead BB voids the warranty..is this true?

If you bought the Blackberry new at a store, it's under warranty. Did they give a reason for the void? Have you tried reloading the OS with the Desktop Manager? Try calling back another rep. If you have continued problems, email me directly and I will try to help.

If you have continued problems, email me directly and I will try to help. | Yes I bought it at the store, I told the lady who "helped me" that I should have a year warranty, then she said that a dead BB is the result of liquid damage or water damage and that voids the warranty, I told her that I have not dropped the BB on water or anything and she just told me that she can sell me another BB at full retail price. I have not done anything to it, I am afraid that I might messed it up..then it will be my fault..thanks I will.

That is a pretty black and white call. I'd take it into the store and ask for an exchange. If they give you any guff, I'd demand they show you the water sensor and demonstrate where it shows there was water damage.
Norris is also a great guy so his offer to help was nice and I'd take him up on it.

Berryrite: I think she'll just wait to return back home and give it to him. ("Toughing up quit worrying is just ONE week") haha I can so see that coming. If it were me I would be quite sad.
