Default How to recover your "@tmo.blackberry.net" email address?

I have T-Mobile and have contacted customer support and checked the BIS website thoroughly for any solutions. Unfortunately, I found nothing leading me to recover my "@tmo.blackberry.net" email address. I have resent service books and registered the host routing table to no avail. I have not switched devices at all. The only thing I see possible how I would lose the address is the fact that I have repeatedly removed and added on the BIS plan in the past quarter year or so.
I have tried adding the exact same address and it says it cannot process because it has already been taken. So I know it's still out there, lost in webspace. But how can I recover it? I tried adding it via "other" when selecting a type of email address (hotmail, gmail, etc.).
I hope someone can help me.

Usually, if you initiate the deletion of the email address and want it back, you can get it back just as you had it before. It's strange that yours comes up as "already used" when you didn't delete it.
Make sure you don't have any hidden icons for your email inbox (i've done that before, thinking it's gone forever when it's not even left the phone), check BIS to see if the address shows up... If it doesn't, it's gone forever.
