How is every phone at T-Mobile.Com FREE today?

I wonder if they made a typo on their website.

I checked. There are some holiday freebies, but the BBs and most of the Androids aren't. There are only 5 that are free.

Are you sure? I just looked at the list of phones and everyone has FREE next to it. Even the BB 9900, Torch 9810, HTC Amaze and new Samsung Galaxy 2.

Mail-in-rebate with a two-year contract, maybe? I hate those.

Right now on the TMO site both new BB's are not free.

I wish they were.

They did drop the 9900 $50 since yesterday. Was $299 now $249.

That's the price I saw on both BBs.

Has to be this:
WEB ONLY SPECIAL
New activation & 2-yr. agmt. on qualifying plan req’d.

So if you add a line, it gets it's own 2 year contract on that new line on certain plans, you get the list of phone options free. The key to this one is you need to ADD a line, not get it on a current line or upgrade a current line. This option of course is great if you need another line on your account, or current line is month to month out of contract and you want one of the listed free phones, and don't mind getting a new two year contract with CURRENT contract conditions and all that jazz (new lower data caps come to mind).

There are often Web only specials or one day specials that pop up from time to time. Sometimes there will be specials you will only hear about when you call in to check on new phones.
