Lol...very carefully! No, in all seriousness, the new site is a bit confusing, and I've heard they're still trying to work out all the bugs. You might be better off calling in to customer service if there is something you absolutely need done. If not, I'd wait a few days until they've worked the kinks out. Personally, I can't access the BIS site from my BB right now, and logging in on my computer is no help either.

I actually find it much easier to use. It's more detailed in my opinion. I'm sure they're still working on fixing a few things.

I'm rather impressed with T-Mobile's new website. Very nice...

Now, if AT&T would bloody do something different, that would be nice...

It should be on Connect and Share and then go to Configure e-mail. I believe it's always been there. I don't see why it would be under Support. Also, I'm not assuming you're lying.

Go to Manage, then Plans and Services. Under "in this section", click on change/manage services. I don't know if that's what you were referring to. Hope that helps.

I hate the new site. Just awful. The old one was just fine. Give us the option to switch back!

Neither one is correct from my findings. Here's the steps to get it to work.

1) Log into My T-Mobile website as you would normally.
2) The next screen will come up and have some options for Manage, Connect and Share, Shop, Learn, and Support towards the top of the screen.
3) Mouse-over Manage and you'll see an option for Phone appear below. Click on Phone.
4) When the next screen comes up, look to the right of the Phone picture and see if you see the option for Blackberry Email Setup under Resources for this phone. If you do not, click on the link for Not Your Phone under the Phone picture to the left.
5) On the next screen click on Blackberry for Manufacturer and then choose the correct Blackberry from the listed pictures/models shown.

Once you have completed this, you'll be taken back to the same phone resources screen you were before, but this time Blackberry Email Setup will be shown to the right.

The issues with the new site are based on the fact that T-Mobile now tags cookies with those preferences. Lose that, you lose your options. It's a stupid way to work a website like that. They changed it to make it simpler, but complicated it in the process. CSRs agree that it's goofy... they've had numrous calls about it during the past couple of days.

JRSCCivic98, I followed steps 1-5 from your post because I was curious. I didn't see anything under Resources for this phone.

This is what I got after I clicked on "Not your phone" and chose the correct phone. It's weird because since I was using Firefox 3.0 that it might be causing the problem but I tried it with IE8 and still nothing. I don't have a XXXXX@tmo.blackberry.com e-mail address. Maybe that's the problem.

My plan is not right.

I have an 8900 and it only displays a MyFaves plan. I have no extras like blackberry data and it is saying I am over my text limit???

I'm supposed to have unlimited.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
