How do you contact retention? I think they messed up my BB plan

I heard when some TMO customers upgraded to the 9700 they lost their $19.99 blackberry plan and got charged more I think it was $25.00.. I heard they got it reduced back to 19.99 by contacting retention because they were grand fathered . Do you just ask the CS rep for the retention dept?

I think they did this to me when I upgraded over the phone tonight. She said I had to have a blackberry data plan and I told her I had one already. but some how I think it got switched to the more expensive one as that is what is showing up in my services on my-tmobile
