Default How do I get tmobile to wave the $10 Fee

How do I get them to wave the $10 S&H Fee for a replacement phone. They stated it has been over 30 days since I had the phone and that is there policy.

they won't waive the shipping charge if it is for a replacement phone. you could try calling back to get a different rep, but that's not always a guarantee someone's going to loop you out of it.

In my opinion that $10 is cheap to get the replacement phone shipped...I wouldn't waste any of my time trying to get it waived, just pay it! The one time I had to get a replacement phone shipped I asked them to charge me the $20 and ship it the fastest way possible.......a couple extra bucks to get my phone quicker is worth it to me!

If you have insurance on your devices you don't have to pay for the shipping.

I didn't have insurance on my phone at the time of my replacements. I do now ... I guess I just got lucky not being charged?

PHP Bundle (insurance + warranty), PHP Insurance (just insurance), and PHP Warranty (just warranty) all waive your shipping charge of $10 for ground. So if you had any of those that would be the reason it was waived. Otherwise you were lucky I assume.

Any of the PHP SOCs will get you free shipping on manufacturer warranty replacements. In certain areas, stores do in store warranty replacements for some models as well.

To the OP, a fee is pointless if all you have to do is call and ask to have it waived.

If you have insurance (any combo) the regular shipping is free. No isurance its $9.95 + tax.

Why don't you have insurance BTW?
