Default How do I browse internet without a data plan on T-Mobile?

Hi all,

I'm new here and am hoping you can help me with my Blackberry. It is a Curve 8300.

I did not buy a data plan as it is a bit steep for me. I have been browsing for over an hour now and cannot seem to figure out if you can browse the internet for free. I am afraid to change the TCP settings and enter a new APN as I don't know if I will get charged. I am able to connect to my home router but cannot browse.

So, is there any way?

Thanks

Have you read the complete WiFi How-to?

You should try the TCP settings just to see if that works.
