Have tried just logging in to the Email Settings icon on the device?

Otherwise, you access the TMobile BIS by going though the MyTMobile site.

First, don't do what you have been used to doing. Don't use the switch device wizard. BlackBerry OS 7 is very different in this respect, apparently. So, put you SIM in the 9900 and boot it up. You will be prompted for your BlackBerry ID and to then transfer your new device to you BIS account. Then do a selective restore of your data to the 9900.

As far as T-Mobile, look on the right on your My T-Mobile page for Mobile Life or something like that. Click it. On the next page, scroll down for the email envelope icon. Click it. Yes, T-Mobile has always made it difficult to find your BIS link and they've outdone themselves with this revision.
