| | Hey, what's sup
I'm kinda new here, i've been googling many questions about my blackberry and this website kept showing up so I ended up joining...and I assume you have much to offer.
and the first of my problems is that I carry a blackberry 8320, The sim card does not carry internet, I want to be able to use the internet [not wifi] without a data plan, I've been told of a program called Blackberry Swiss Army Knife can do so, but I don't know how..

Welcome to CB! Besides WiFi or a data plan, there's isn't any other way for you to use the internet on your Blackberry. BBSAK (BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife) is an app to wipe your device, reset it to factory settings, take screenshots of your BB, install COD files, and much more so there's no way to use it to go on the internet on your BB. Who ever told you that doesn't know what they're talking about.

BBSAK is an advanced version of the blackbery desktop manager in that you can use it to install and uninstall apps, as-well as update your phones operating system. COD files are what your blackberry runs by, ie. apps. So whatever thread you read about BBSAK being used to get on the internet may have misguided you a bit, but that's cool, we've all been there. Check out this thread: http://forums.crackberry.com/f52/ it will have a lot of useful info about your 8320.

Damn, that sucks..
and my aunt will refuse to pay an extra $30 because it's too expensive.
I'd rather get it for free because nowadays people can do anything with technology.

The cheapest way to get internet on your BB is to JUST use wifi. The 2nd cheapest way is to get a small, dumbphone data plan (like 5.99 tzones on t-mobile). You won't get email or anything, but you'll be able to use the web through a 3rd party browser like Bolt.
I bet you got mixed up with BBASK because there IS a way to get the internet without a BIS plan and it involves manually loading hacked service books. It's tricky and buggy and I wouldn't suggest it.

And some things, like stealing, are morally and legally wrong. Karma... It all comes back to you...

Well, regardless if it was a good or bad intention everything comes with a consequence. if something is unfordable to people, things need to be done about that.

There are always work arounds that are legal though. Using unsecured WiFi is one, adding on a basic data package to the account that utilizes the WebToGo is another.

This makes it just about uncrackable. You cannot get it for free.
There is a way to get on the internet with your phone without a dataplan but, be warned it will be VERY expensive and it does not always work as it depends on what Service Books are already on your phone.
Download Opera-Mini and install this on your phone via Desktop Manager on your PC. Now set up the APN on your phone for your carrier in Options, Advanced Options, TCP/IP and you are all set.
I will repeat my warning, internet access can cost up to $2/Mb and that will certainly not endear you to your benefactor aunt. Bills of $2000 per month are not uncommon for accessing the internet this way so be careful.
I do not see why you are complaining about a $30 / month charge. We all pay it and we get service. This seems a fair exchange to me. What is wrong with that?

Even at the $30 point, that's a $1 a day and you get all the web, email, apps, and BB features you want.
If you get web2go, it's still all the web you want for 5.99/month. You're not going to get much cheaper than that.

I'm pretty sure if you approach her and say that you will pay for half the bill she will be more than likely happy to add the data plan. So if you are working age, get a job and pay half the bill. That way you don't steal or run the risk of a $2000 bill. Just my 2cents.

It's actually a nice feeling to say to yourself. I did this for myself. I earned it, payed for it and now I am going to enjoy it. Try it, see if your aunt will go halves with you. Also check with your carrier - who are not your enemy - and see if they have a cheaper deal or even one for students. You did not say who your carrier is so we can;t help you there right now.
Having Internet, email and whatever on your phone is really useful but it is not absolutely essential.
If you have a PC, download BlackBerry Desktop Manager from here https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads...93E4F3BB068C22 and use a USB cable to connect your phone.
Now you can download apps yoiu your PC and install them on your phone. A lot of apps are chargeable but some are free. Try here BlackBerry Apps and BlackBerry Themes- Crackberry BlackBerry Apps Store.
