Default Here's a UMA question with TMO

So "as of now" you can have a wifi phone and make a call from say Berlin back to the States using WIFI/UMA and only be charged minutes (or nothing if you have the Hotspot plan).

NOW....

I would take this to be because i bought the phone in US with a US number and it will show as a US number to US number call which is a no roaming call.

So what about if i'm in Berlin and call someone else in Berlin, using my UMA/ WIFI. Won't this show up as a US phone calling a Berlin phone and therefore incur charges??????
