We need to troublshoot this to figure out the issue.

When does it answer the call on its own? All the time? When you remove it from the holster?

Do you have any third party apps that may be conflicting with received calls?

What OS are you running? Have you tried re-installing the OS?

Give us some more details and we'll try to figure out a solution...

The first two things that come to mind are:

A - BT headset auto answer

B - Auto answer out of holster, as mentioned above

We do need more details though.

If you turn off the auto answer it should resolve this. Please let us know if it works. Thanks.
