Help! Lost my email with T-zones

Hi all,

For about 1.5 years, I've been able to send and recieve emails (hotmail, gmail) and access the internet on my pearl, with a $2.99 T-zones plan. I've never had a blackberry data plan. About two days ago, my EDGE went to edge and I stopped being able to get messages, etc. I did the battery pull and service books, to no avail. When I called T-mobile, they said I was never supposed to have gotten internet, and they closed the gateway for T-zones users. Is there any way to get my email back without paying the $25?

It could be possible that there's an outage in your area.
Wait a few more days and don't forget to resend the service books.
