HELP! cant seem to be able send mms?!

HI,
I have a blackberry 8900 with tmobile with no data plan..
I bought the phone used back in Jan. and was able to send mms for about a week or so; however, lately when I want to send a mms I cannot... usually when a message is succesfully sent a "check" appears next to the persons name but in my case a red box almost looking a clock appears. And i also believe that I can not recieve mms either.
HELP! I really want to be able to send and receive pics.

It may be an outage in your area. The fact that you could send/receive MMS before is very telling.
