Default Has anyone got $49.99 plan recently?

Hi,
I've just got off the phone with retentions asking for 600min family plan. They were willing to switch me over however he said it doesn't have myfaves. I asked for $19.99 BIS as well and he said it's not available anymore. He could put me on $24.99 BIS plan. Does your luck in getting what you want depend from a representative you're talking to? Also asked for project black. He asked me to call them after 12am to get more info

The info is already on their website, just go check it out.

As for the luck thing... yes it very much depends. Some people are willing to do you a favor or cut you some slack and the others just read their computer monitors and tell you that that is all they can do. If one person can't do something just call back until you get the right person, if all else fails, ask to speak with the manager and say you've been a loyal customer to T-Mo and don't want to leave them but.... ya know. lol.

Good luck!

totally agree on this one. Tmo is ALL about who you get on the phone. Keep calling until you get a csr who is willing to deal a little bit.

Actually I couldn't agree with you more. I've had a couple of issues with the Bank of America lately that I needed to get straightened out. I've had to phone their call center for help. I absolutely cringe when one of their male reps answers the phone. They're all bluster, bs and balls. They want to argue with you and debate and do absolutely anything but help you. Gimme a woman and my problems always are all solved within a couple of minutes.

Stopped going to men doctors years ago. They never listen. Give me a woman doctor, she listens well and reacts accordingly.

I think it's a cultural thing in our society. Men are losing their listening skills. Maybe it's all the henpecking they get at home from their wives. LOL.

kcarter3 I agree with you 100%. Everytime I get connected with guy I'm f**** pissed off. There is a different story with women. They are willing to help. But almost everytime I call I talk to a guy Bad luck.

Another story. I am on grandfathered family 700min plan. I've bought 8320 for my wife and wanted to turn BIS on. But there is no such an option on her line (only unlimited email). I have BB feature enabler (with push email so I don't need BIS. However it looks like they raised the price from 24.99 to 30.00! Apparently it's not an error. What do you think?

Wait. Let me call CS...

Meanwhile, check this song: 30 Seconds To Mars - Kings and Queens (it blew my mind)

F***!! Just got off phone with CS. He said the only option for my wife's BB is $30.00 plan. They raised the rates!! What the f*** T-Mobile with you? Are you trying to catch att and verizon?
I asked if retensions could help me. He said NO with data plans anymore. Another lie?
So it looks like they pushing everybody to the new plans.
I'll give a try next week. Maybe a woman this time.

Too bad you didn't take the $24.99 plan when they offered it to you on Saturday. Bummer. Did you actually speak to retentions?

Hah, I though I will get 19.99 through retensions. Actually my wife only needs email, so if I could get this feature it would be great.

Regular CS told me that retentions can only help me with voice plan and they don't help with any data discounts anymore. But I'm sure he was lying.
Like I said I'll try next week.

I made about 4 calls to CS last month. Their service quality is at least questionable.

Too bad they don't have a data plan for light users. Well, they do, but not for Blackberrys.

You were misinformed. You can still get the $24.99 rate as long as you are NOT on a new plan. If you have continued problems, contact me directly (My username at Gmail.com) and I can work with you on getting it added myself.

norrisCell is right, many tmobile cs are too lazy to look for the info you want. The info is really right there if they search. Also true if you get a female, they will try to help you out as best as possible.
