I try the code to make the google voice my voice mail on my 8320 I tryed that code for the voice it did not work how can I get google voice to work as my voice mail ?

First you need to go to your GV account, settings->phones->Activate Google voicemail for this phone (your mobile number)

You don't need to activate the voicemail on google voice. I've been using it as my voicemail since before GV added it as a option. And I still don't have it enabled as it just gives you a short code to change you VM forward number, and does nothing on the google side. Just make sure you are using your full number when forwarding your calls. Ypu can always google how to change conditional call forwarding.
