Gmail issues - confirmation msgs from 700 with every email

Ok so my gf has an 8320 with OS 4.5.0.124, with her 2 Gmail accounts set up. She has recently started getting confirmation messages from "700" every single time she receives an email at one of her Gmail accounts. I've done everything I can think of but can't seem to get them to stop. She also has 6 SPAM folders when she views all her msg folders.

She has filters setup to block the notorious "sent" messages, and has all of her settings right under email and messages. In fact on her device, in Gmail, and in the TMO BIS her settings are exactly the same as mine and I have never had any of her troubles.

I was going to try the old CrackMem Wipe, and just not restore any of her messages, message settings, etc., as she says she doesn't have anything she absolutely needs. But before I do that, or spend what will probably be hours on the phone with tech support, I was hoping someone here could help me!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. I did do a search and though others have posted that they have the same issue, no one has offered a solution.

So I figured out the 700 messages thing. It's an alert set in the TMO BIS, but I couldn't get to it because I had gone through steps I found in another post about getting to the "old" version of the BIS, since TMO has changed their site and I couldn't get in to set filters. Basically I had to clear my cookies and such so I could get into the "new" BIS and clear the alerts.


But I still need help with the SPAM folders! Any help would be great!
