Default This Is Getting to be a Habit T-Mo

This is the second time in a month that the T-Mo people have amazed me by getting me what I wanted. I won't go into the whole long story but I just wanted everyone to know that their CS has been great. Actually one experience was with a store rep who performed what I deem the impossible. The other was with a call center who provided me with the means to get the phone I really wanted and I didn't even call for that! Any way, this could be the beginning of a long and beautiful relationship.

T-Mobile is a good company. They were recently awarded the 2009 ethics award. I'm not saying they are perfect because no company is. But as far as comparisons go in the mobile business, they are head and shoulders above AT&T, Verizon and Sprint/Nextel. I think T-Mobile is a fantastic company.

Oh yes, T-Mobile is by far the best mobile company out there that I've dealt with in the Americas. This is the reason why we'll continue to have these two-year relationships.

I agree. They've really done above what I have needed since I've been with them. They make Sprint look like a bunch of jinxy ba$tard$! (That's who I had before I switched over.)

I think calling customer service is like playing the lottery. Sometimes I call & get a great service & other times I don't. I'm on a budget & T-mo messed up my bill. They sent me some equipmemt & gave me a credit for it but did not charge me (which would have balanced out the bill)along with some other credits that I had my bill last month was only $40. So this month I got my reg bill plus the charges for the the equipment they sent me last month.

After my contract is up I doubt I'll be comming back to Tmo.... My good experiences with them are too few & far apart.

Metro PCS. You're a perfect client for them.

No I'm not I had Metro for years & they have even worse service... But with Metro you get what you pay for. I expect so much more from Tmo.

I've been with T-mobile since 2004 and I've never felt a reason to even shop around other carriers, let alone actually switch... good company, with good phones, and last but not least good CSR's... nuff said!

I don't think your gonna be happy with anyone.....Tmobile ABSOLUTELY does have THE BEST customer service....see if VZW/SPRINT/ATT will break up your equipment charges into installments....thats a negative......and see if they will let you early upgrade and work with you on the price......

On some earlier posts you said you have no signal 75% of the time at work.... so if you have no service at home.....no service at work....and your BB keeps crashing and not continuosly playing music...why didnt you just end your contract in your trial period?

lol....or is it because your dowloading leaked app's like BBM 5.0 then blaming TMO and your BB for not working right?

Metro gives you what your paying for? didnt you say metro's service wasnt all that great?

Please have all your facts straight before you speak @ larrygump.

I never said anything about my phone not working at work. 2nd I've just started having probs with Tmo. (Within the last 2 months) & if you've had great experiences with Tmo then good for you, but I'm sure I'm not the only person who has had a bad experience with Tmo....& if I was having all of these issues when I first got my phone I would have returned it but everything was great.

& I say you get what you pay for with Metro because Metro is cheap & so are their phones, so I honestly don't expect as much out of them.

What's the point of going around reading all my posts if your not going to be helpful?

I am being helpful im pointing out that all of your facts arent straight......many of your posts since June clearly say youve had all those mentioned problems but you fail to mention that you cause many of the problems.....so you accept no responsibility for jacking up your phone by dowloading leak apps?

AND you fail to take advantage of UMA/WiFi Service......Why wouldnt you just connect to WiFi in your home to improve service if you already have ISP there?

I know I know its all TMO's fault

Well, I think we all know that given time, most all of the providers will irritate us over something. That said, I'd say that T-Mo will do it far fewer times. So far, their record is good with me.

Well please let me know how I messed up my phone since you know everything?

I was having problems with my Media Player before I downloaded BBM 5, Second the new messenger works fine on my phone.

Those two things don't have anything to do with what I've posted here or or in my other thread.

And YES me not having reception is Tmo's fault but I'm sure you will figure out a way to let me know that it mine.

Im not bashing you...I just think youre prematurely bashing Tmo....Media player failing isnt tmos fault...and you can easily fix the in house reception issue by utilizing your phones UMA feature....Im telling you i came over from VZW because there CS stinks....UMA!!!!!
