Flex Pay vs. Post Pay

I tried adding a third line to my account last week, and found out that because I am on Flex Pay, I can only have two.

I do qualify, though, to switch to post pay assuming I give up my MyFaves and switch to EM.

Are there any major differences, whether it be positive or negative, to me swapping to Post-Pay?

Two potential negatives of switching:

1 - Ability to potentially blow your minute bucket away and rack up a bill if you aren't careful

2 - Higher per-minute rate if you go over

Potential positives:

1 - No need to prepay for downloads or rate plan changes

2 - Grace period on paying the bill if something comes up.

There are more, but these are the important ones that come to mind first.
