First it's 349 for 9900 now 2 days later phone still hasn't shipped!

I'm really starting to get quite annoyed with T-Mobile! First they over charge for this phone is a BIG way, now they are taking forever to ship my phone...2 days and it's still in "processing!"

What the **** is wrong with these people? They sure didn't take their time when taking my money off my debit card, that's for sure!

They r askin a lot for the phone. Since some have been loyal for more then 8yrs like myself 499 is abit much as an early upgrade.

UPDATE: It seems UPS is up to their usual stunts...my package went out an hour after it was ordered but UPS never sent the tracking info to T-Mobile. I just got off the phone with a rep this morning and she did a search with my phone number on UPS's website under the "reference number area" and sure enough there it was...out for delivery this morning!

For anyone who has ordered and T-Mobile is still saying it has not shipped, enter your phone number under the "reference number" catagory on UPS's website and it's probably there!

Not related to your issue, but isn't it effing amazing how when it comes to paying something your money is out of your checking account in no time, yet, when you're getting a refund it takes days. Not just with T-Mobile or a certain bank but with every merchant and every bank.

On Wednesday I purchased one of those plastic cases with my 9900 and the money was gone immediately. I returned the case about 3 hours after I bought it and the refund is not yet in my account. They were able to take the money out immediately, yet it's taking them two days now to put it back.

Same problem here! But I will double check UPS's site now.. God I hope it's shipped!

found it on UPS' with a tracking number but this is all it says

"A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated."
