Default Email notification?

I set up a new line on T-Mobile online, and when I submitted the order it gave me an error that they could not process my order and to contact T-Mobile. However, they have already charged my card for the phone but I have not received an email notification. I've called T-Mobile and they were of no help, they couldn't find record of my order. Do I wait a few days for it to arrive or contact my credit card company?

Default Call

Why don't you just call Tmobile back and ask them if they can find a record of the money you paid them, because you darn sure can.

Then ask to be bumped to a supervisor or someone who can help you with this problem.

It could be possible that the charge on your credit card may not go through. If it's still in a pending status, then when your credit card company finds out that the order was never processed, it will reverse the charge automatically. It's like when you get charged twice by McDonald's and then one of the charges automatically goes away after like 24-48 hours. If it actually posts to your credit card, then call them and say you were charged by mistake and the order never processed. They should be able to handle it from there.

If you want to place another order, then you can try and do it again online, through the Sales department at 1-800-TMOBILE or any of their stores. Hope this helps you!
