ECHO... ECho... echo
Anybody else get the classic "T-Mo echo"? I've heard a swap of sim card is the simple fix, but I've been through three, as have I been through four phones, and all have done it. It varies in severity, today being the worst I've ever had it, but it's always there, even when slight or faint. What I find really funny is that it changes it's, what I call, "level of interruption". Meaning that sometimes it waits until I've finished speaking before it even starts, completely overriding the conversation on the other end of the line, while others it's almost like one of those horrific Hip-Hop-Pop songs where some loser speaks (not even sings!!!) into a synthesized microphone with auto-echo set - or like a camp sing-along where the men start the verse and upon the second or third word the women then chime in, following a word or two behind. Man am I tired of it, at the same time, I'm not going anywhere. My life consists of texting, my last few bills put together didn't top 100 minutes of talk time... LOL! Anyway, just curious to know if I'm the only one. I had this a few times when with Sprint, a very long time ago, never with Verizon, and a few with AT&T. When taking all into consideration, GSM & CDMA networks alike, it doesn't seem logical to say that it would be the sim card. I'm beginning to think that's just the generic answer you get from Tech Care no matter the issue, just to send you away and get you out of their hair. LOL!
