Default E-Mail stopped after dropping data package

I recently got rid of my Internet package on my plan with my 8900 and my e-mail stopped being sent to my phone. I have had this problem before when getting rid of internet on my older blackberrys and went through those previous troubleshooting steps. Deleting email accounts on my phone resending service books and pulling the battery out for a while. Anyone have any ideas what else I can do.

If you didn't have T-Mobile add an e-mail feature on your phone, then it won't work. The internet feature allows access to BIS and BES, if you remove it and don't add an e-mail only feature at all, then you won't get e-mails.

To add to what temptati0n said....if you got rid of the unlimited data plan and now have an email only plan you need to log into myTmobile.com and resend service books. Then your email will work again. If you don't have an email plan it won't work at all. You could use wifi check your email via browser if you really wanted to but its by no means a push solution
