I'm trying to access My T-Mobile (uk) and I have forgotten my username and password, only problem is, the form to regain this information says that my name and email are incorrect.
Is there any way I can get them to text or email me the password?

Not sure about the UK market, but you should be able to call up customer service and have them reset it for you. I'm sure they can verify you by billing info or some other info.

You can also do this by going to your BIS account from your device. Look for the manage internet email icon. Looks like a folder with a gear on it. That will take you right to your bis. Change your password there. If this deosnt work then call customer service.
