I do not know for sure, but what was being bantered about is that the death star has a 6 month exclusivity deal in the US. Do I know that for certain, no, but then Im sure some one here knows more than me and will chime in.

I am not sure and you wont find anyone that truely knows the answer except t-mo and rim and they arent talking. Looking at the blackberry site it does/will/capable of supporting t-mobile. I am sure we will have to wait for at&t period to be over. Also look for it on these other networks WIND Mobile, Mobilicity, Videotron then it can be unlocked and used on t-mo. They all share the 1700/2100 required AWS freq.

my guess would be that they would have it for a long time. att played an integral role in developing the 9800, so i dont think that they would let tmo get it so fast. but no one knows

I can tell you with 100% certainty that it will not be coming to T-Mobile anytime soon.

I can almost guarantee T-Mo will get a cooler device.

To Kbear: "soon" is quite subjective.

Mitch: I guess that depends on what you find to be "cool". I find the torch to be really cool. also, are we talking BB's? Thats all I'm interested in at this time. And from what I've seen, T-mob has NOTHING coming as far as BB's go. (No thank you to a 3G curve and a 9780 is a bold with more mem. swell.)

Harry, from the leaked roadmap from T-Mobile, there were only 2 Blackberrys in the near furture. The 9300 Curve 3G has been confirmed. The 9780 is still rumored, but reliable rumored to be for T-Mobile at this point. Any other Blackberry releases will not be until 2011 at this point.
