Data plan delay

Anybody else notice that as of late when adding devices or switching devices there is a significant delay in provisioning the device onto BIS......

Seems like the days of hanging up the phone and watching the provisioning coming through almost immediatly are over....average times are 60 minutes to 3.5 hours........is this a queing issue or ?.....

That's strange, because my provisioning times for my customers have reduced drastically in the last month or so. However, the last 2-3 days have been really bad, mostly due to system slowdowns from the changing of the plans. I'm sure it will reduce again, as I have to have prompt provisioning for selling certain handsets
