Data only plan for unlocked BB

I have a Pay as you Go account w/ T-Mobile. I want to add data, but they require a monthly plan.

Is there a way to add a data plan from another provider? or change my pay as you go provider to someone who offers a Pay as you Go minutes and data plan?
