You have been blacklisted. Happens when you call too much. Call FROM A LANDLINE PHONE and key in a different number. Do not, I repeat DO NOT put it your number. You will get a rep in about a minute this way. Don't even waste your time mentioning the black listing to a rep because they don't know about it. Good luck!

Blacklisting someone is just stupid to me. It started happening to me so what I did was I started calling from my Google Voice number via the Google Voice app on my 9700 and I got through within minutes. I love it.

You can also use the live chat
I never call the support, it's better to use chat or submit a request online and wait for them to call you. use the link to find the contact us page on t-mobile website.. read the info there... try to use live chat

Ive never had to wait on hold ever.

Say english .. Customer Support .. Customer Care .. then ur in ..

Even if there ever was a wait , like 5 min , the recording would tell me they would call me back when its my turn. And they do

When I call in, I just say RETENTION, and then they think you are canceling your service and they patch you right through.

Man to be blacklisted you must call them alot. I have never waited over 1 minute, if it seems that I would have a long wait, they just use the automated voice to call me back. Can I ask you how many times do you call TMobile.

I just tried what u guys suggested and they had me on hold till the call was dropped. Don't have a computer to live chat. So what has tmobile turned into? Not responding to their cllients this way.
