Well, I haven't been paying attention to TMO as of late so I didn't know they made two general plans with differences between them.
Sadly I changed my plan to the EM 500 min but kept the two add-ons.. and now I'm confused.
EM has you in a contract, EM+ doesn't... so there are no more "old-school" Individual plans? In the past switching plans didn't increase the contract time, but have they changed that? I couldn't find that information written anywhere on their website.
I'm going to call tomorrow and ask them to cancel the changes I made tonight concerning upping my plan, but would it be smarter overall to switch to one of the newer plans? Looking at it is just confusing the stuffing out of me. I hope they don't give me problems with canceling the change as I've been with them since ~2006. :| | Switching back may be tricky. The old plans are not readily available. Technically you shouldn't have been able to keep the old add-ons at the old prices.
When you say there are no "old-school" plans, what are you referring to? Changing plans has changed the contract for quite some time, with the exception of certain basic plans, which include the $30 one you had previously. This may be why you didn't run into this situation before.
If you have further questions, don't hesitate to ask.
