Default confused/ UMA with Loyalty plan

Now I'm getting confused (not hard) I had the 9.99 UMA add on but I recently took it off since I now have the unlimited family loyalty. I still have the router and connect to UMA because I get better call quality at home and since it's unlimited it's no problem. What about when I travel overseas. I sed to b able to call the US for free if connected to UMA - can I still do that with the unlimited loyalty if connected to UMA and abroad? Thans.

Yep, you can. I have the loyalty plan and made lots of UMA calls while abroad. I was never charged anything extra. It just came out of my bucket min which, of course, are unlimited.

You'll be fine abroad.

That is correct. I've tried it myself. Youre good to go.

Normally UMA without the HotSpot calling, simply takes minutes out of your total. You have unlimited loyalty, so you have no minutes to worry about.

This is good to know, I just switched to the loyalty plan and I was wondering about that. Thanks for the info.

I had the 9.99 UMA plan too until the loyalty plan was rolled out. Obviously became redundant after that.

If someone doesn't qualify for the loyalty plan, the UMA plan is really fantastic. I use UMA everywhere. Probably 1/2 my calls are over a UMA connection.

With T-Mobile's loyalty plan, things just got better.

I love T-Mobile.
