Default This can't be right....

My plan changed today, because it's the end of my billing cycle.
I got the 79.99 unlimited TTW EM+ plan...

Checked my services online and it says...

Unlimited TTW 79.99
FN Unlimited Data 20.00
Unlimited Domestic messages 10.00

Which brings my total to WELL over 100 dollars....


wtf?

Please tell me this was a mistake.....

Two possible outcomes:

- The rep that changed you put you on the TTW plan and then added the building block features from the EM

- It's one of far too many system glitches while they get everything worked out (Trust me, there are tons)

Call care and make sure you don't have the wrong features on there.

Ive been wondering the same thing. Two days ago I went on the TMo site and added a blackberry with the EM+ unlimited plan and it added a BB data plan automatically. I did it at least 4 times. Hopefully just a glitch.

I just ran through a mock shopping cart and it didn't add a separate web package to my BB with the $79.99 plan. Sounds like a glitch

I'll calling up T-Mobile to confirm and see if they can get the extras off.

Its a gilitch I checked mine as well it has the 140 em+ plus 25 for bb data and 20 for family txting I called in and he said it was a glitch and everything should be what you think cuz mine would be over 200 lol

Joy. Doesn't everyone love glitches. Now I hope i don't have to go through this in a couple of days when my billing cycle ends and I switch to the new plans. I'm sure artemis will set them straight for us all. Lol.

Okay, everything's straightened out.

I called and talked to 2 people...on in BB dept and the other in billing.

I had to talk to the guy in the BB dept because shortly after the plan went into effect, my email and BB web stopped working. If you guys are switching plans, I'd say watch out for this....the plan isn't always provisioned right away for BB data. So I called in and the guy easily corrected a problem. BB features are all back.

I also called the billing people and told them about the extras being added and making my monthly fee look huge. That's a glitch and they're working on it. I let them know that it's on the t-mobile wap site too because that's usually where I go to see my plan and bill. But it is being corrected and don't worry, no one is going to be charged more than 79.99....well, outside of taxes and whatnot.
