Okay, everything's straightened out.
I called and talked to 2 people...on in BB dept and the other in billing.
I had to talk to the guy in the BB dept because shortly after the plan went into effect, my email and BB web stopped working. If you guys are switching plans, I'd say watch out for this....the plan isn't always provisioned right away for BB data. So I called in and the guy easily corrected a problem. BB features are all back.
I also called the billing people and told them about the extras being added and making my monthly fee look huge. That's a glitch and they're working on it. I let them know that it's on the t-mobile wap site too because that's usually where I go to see my plan and bill. But it is being corrected and don't worry, no one is going to be charged more than 79.99....well, outside of taxes and whatnot.
